We offer the most up to date equipment for
cardiovascular and strength training by:
Personal Training

As experienced and certified personal trainers we
value your needs and schedule.   We will help you
achieve your goals by the application of science in
nutrition, muscular fitness and cardiovascular
exercise.  All membership plans include two personal
training sessions.
Nutritional Advice

Exercise alone is not enough.  It is the combination of
exercise and good nutrition that leads to optimal
health.  We at Excel 180 are available for nutritional
advice and planning.

Group Classes
The following is the most current class schedule.  Our group fitness room is
fully equipped and has it's own climate control.  The  floor is a hardwood
absorbing floor  made by Bowflex.   Bowflex floor systems can absorb  up to
63% of the impact on your joints!
