| My name is Joe Cox and I am the owner, operator and one of the trainers of Excel 180. Over the last twelve years I have worked as a trainer and nutrition consultant in the Capital District. My experience ranges from working with individual clients to franchises and corporate centers. The last eight years I have been working with many of the Capital Districts top level executives. Time spent during these eight years has included nutritional planning, weight training programs, and cardiovascular plans. During this period I also was involved with the planning and developing of corporate exercise centers.
